This summer I get to do something that I am really really looking forward to and that is Music on the Patio at Urraco. Last summer I ran sound for our local coffee shop for the local musicians and I believe that is when I took a step to being a better sound man as it was the first gig I ever ran solo. After the first nervous minutes everything ran smoothly and I relaxed.
But I was asked to run sound for them again this year and I am really getting excited. I really loved doing it and I can't wait for it to start up again (June 14th i think)
Really life couldn't be better when you add coffee, friends, and great local music all together and shake it up.
I think that this just might be my highlight of my summer. (and I haven't even done it yet!)
But i know that camping and kids alive is going to pushing for the number spot too.
