Yesterday, Lauree and I went down to Portland (via Amtrak) to visit Baliee.
But while those were talking, I tried to give them some space and so I just watched people. And I noticed some interesting things, but heres some of things that happened that I remember most.
A lady had her hands full of food and dropped a napkin. She didn't notice, but the guy coming towards her did, he picked up the napkin and threw it away. (also three people saw it fall and just keep on walking)
Next i noticed that more often then not people hold open doors for the people behind them.
It seemed like the more normal you are or look the more willing people are to help you.
All old people want to do is talk it seems like, and I don't really want to talk to them (their kinda nosy) but I feel bad when I leave.
Watching peoples eyes while walking (8 out of 10 times) they first would look at Lauree and I holding hands, then catch my eyes, then look at Lauree and smile.
Theres more but I really don't feel like writing them.
All in all, I had a great time at Portland.
I aint gonna promise anything, but you might (key word: might) see something more from Lauree or Baliee.
