Summer is done, and well I had a great summer so here are the high and low points of my summer.

1. Going to annapolis to basically die.
2. Going camping and fliming the dumbest movie ever.
3. Running for mayor of shelton.
4.Finding out the my realtionship with my c.o. was not what i thought it was.
5.acting in a play
6. mobbin'
low
1. Breathing in a mouth full of butane (see point below)
2. Figuring out that this is my last real summer.
3. Having to work.
4.Finding out my realtionship with my c.o. turned not for the better but worse.
5. Brad moving.
6. Finding out that i cant run for mayor of shelton.
Effects and health issues
Inhaling butane can cause drowsiness, narcosis, asphyxia; cardiac arrhythmia and frostbite, which can result in instant death from Asphyxiation, Acute toxicity and ventricular fibrillation. Butane is the most commonly misused volatile solvent in the UK, and was the cause of 52% of solvent related deaths in 2000. By spraying butane directly into the throat, the jet of fluid can cool rapidly to –20 °C by expansion, causing prolonged laryngospasm.[2] "Sudden sniffing death syndrome", first described by Bass in 1970, is the most common single cause of solvent related death, resulting in 55% of known fatal cases.

i find it interesting that this:
4.Finding out the my realtionship with my c.o. was not what i thought it was.
made it into a high AND a low point. the low i can understand after reading it's location there, but i think only a man with wisdom like yourself can view this as a high point as well.
i appreciate your pursuit for truth and authenticity.
high point of MY summer: spending lots of time with A.Ha!
